As our community evolves, so may these guidelines. We are committed to adapting and improving them to best serve our shared values and needs. Revisions will be thoughtfully considered and posted on our community page to ensure transparency and alignment with our growth.

1. Respect for All:
Participants must engage respectfully with others, including staff and guests. Discrimination, harassment, and offensive behavior of any kind are prohibited. To maintain inclusivity, conversations on religion or belief systems must honor all perspectives and avoid judgment, promotion, or invalidation of any belief or non-belief.

2. Professionalism:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, both online and in person. This includes appropriate behavior in discussions, workshops, and online forums.

3. Collaboration and Support:
Our community thrives on collaboration and mutual support. We encourage participants to share knowledge, offer assistance, and engage positively with others.

4. No Self-Promotion (Without Permission):
While networking is encouraged, excessive self-promotion, unsolicited advertisements, or spam in our community spaces is prohibited unless explicitly allowed. An exception is made for our hosts and guest hosts, who share their brilliance and expertise with the community daily. Their contributions are a valued part of fostering growth and engagement within our space.

5. Confidentiality:
Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Personal information shared within the community should not be disclosed without consent.

6. Constructive Feedback:
When providing feedback or engaging in discussions, focus on constructive, solution-oriented responses. Personal attacks or negative comments are not acceptable.

7. Community Chat Guidelines:
The community chat is here to support and enrich your journey. We ask that discussions and shares in this space center around questions, personal progress, breakthroughs, tools for growth, and event updates related to the subjects explored in our calls. Let’s maintain a focused and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

8. Compliance with Guidelines:
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

9. Reporting Issues:
Participants are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior or violations of this Code of Conduct to the leadership team for review and action.
